Bound book to be presented open to a double page. The book is a container for absence, and is constructed as a sequence of emerging spaces in tension with traces of handwriting. The absent spaces are not empty, but they shiver, shake and shudder as they progress throughout the book. These absences are in tension with the disappearing phrase ‘a small silence shuddered.’
